Delivered via personal sessions, or daily to your inbox, with the option of accessing reduced rate 1-on-1 coaching sessions to optimize progress and effectiveness.
PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONs
The heart of SMASHBOX is coaching and tailored Personal Training. Maximize your: progress, technique, accountability and gains with regularly scheduled, result-based online or in-person training. Individualized nutritional, sleep and stress management support are included with PT packages. Rates vary based on the number of sessions per month. For optimal results, we generally recommend 2-3, 60 minute sessions per week.

Access to your favourite CrossFit and HYROX Classes, Open Gym and Personal Training, on your schedule. Download our Apps to experience SMASHBOX from anywhere.
Note all visitors must use our smartphone app to book prior to entering SMASHBOX for training and classes.

WE ARE BESPOKE PERSONAL TRAINING
During your first 1-on-1 personal training session at our private gym, one of our coaches will get you moving, learn about your fitness history and goals. Then we’ll help determine and create a workout plan that is personalized for you. No matter what fitness experience you have, our coaches will meet you where you’re at and make you feel at home! Most importantly, you’ll be introduced to the SMASHBOX culture—a community of like-minded people who are passionate, knowledgeable and supportive as you pursue your fitness goals.
