PERSONAL TRAINING.
We work together, one-on-one. Each session is about an hour in length and the focus is to maximize your development in several priority areas: strength, aerobic capacity, body composition, metabolic health, skills, mobility, injury rehab, functional fitness, competition preparation, to name a few.
PT sessions are always preceded by a complete assessment and goal-setting process we work through together.
CROSSFIT & HYROX.
We are both a CrossFit affiliate and the original Toronto HYROX affiliate, offering 20 classes a week to support your training and performance goals. We will meet you where you are at, whether you are an elite competitor, or new to functional fitness, our superior programming and coaching have to be experienced to be believed.
DROP-IN + OPEN GYM.
We are the only functional fitness gym in Toronto that offers all-day/every day Open Gym. Choose from single Drop-In Passes, through weekly and monthly unlimited Open Gym memberships, We welcome out of town visitors.
HEALTH & LONGEVITY.
Health and Longevity tips and practices are fun and popular to espouse, we will help you to cut through the clutter, define the most pragmatic and effective tools that will support you towards metabolic health, optimizing muscle mass, improving sleep and managing stress.
