I’m not your average 60 year old.
I live in defiance of societal expectations around age, and well beyond what is considered possible.
I’m fortunate to be among the fittest on earth. My 20’s were spent as an amateur/professional athlete, more recently, a Crossfit masters athlete, competing at the 2021 world championships.
Toronto based, I’m a consultant and coach, specializing in helping competitive athletes and clients with challenges related to: strength, body composition and sometimes competition. I am sought after by those who value longevity, strength and health, particularly later in life.
As someone who has a thorough understanding of the unique challenges that those over 40 face - perhaps families, career responsibilities, and health setbacks, I know firsthand what it takes to be healthy and strong despite the noise of a busy life.
Ultimately, my role is to skillfully serve as your confidant and objective coach advisor.
My work is a combination of mindset, strategy and thoughtful, guided, personalized programming. I am certified as a Trainer, however, the methods I use are also informed by my own experiences, as an international athlete and competitor, decades of practice, specialized training, ongoing research, working alongside reputable mentors and thought-leaders, as well as practical data-gathered from successfully supporting many athletes and clients across all ages, and invaluable lessons collected from my own personal and professional experiences.
I’m here to help you clearly define and improve yourself within your boundaries, identify blind spots, cultivate internal authority, master effective training, approach your strategy holistically, and enhance your physical confidence using sustainable training and lifestyle methods.
Whether you’re an individual or team considering working with me privately, I should make it clear that I take a straightforward (yet compassionate) no BS route. This is non-negotiable, and this approach will ensure that you efficiently get what you need within the most optimal timeframe.
On a more personal note; I will not make assumptions about you, nor I will project my subjective view of fitness and health onto you. I’m deeply committed to respecting your individuality, and the work we’ll do together will be rooted in foundational values such as integrity, transparency, humility, self-accountability, and most importantly; respect.
You can also expect me to challenge you where necessary, especially if it will support you in getting your desired outcome.
