PRINCIPAL

I’m not your average 60+ year old.

I live in defiance of societal expectations around age, going beyond what’s considered possible.

I’m fortunate to be among the fittest on earth. My 20’s were spent as an amateur/professional athlete, and more recently, I competed as a CrossFit Masters athlete at the 2021 World Championships.

Based in Toronto, I’m a longevity consultant and coach, sought after by busy mid-life professionals who value health, strength, and longevity.

Having faced the unique challenges of being over 40—managing career, family, and health setbacks—I know firsthand what it takes to stay healthy and strong amidst a busy life.

As your coach, my role is to serve as a confidant and advisor, supporting real, lasting change. My methods combine mindset, strategy, and personalized programming. While I’m certified as a trainer, my approach is also shaped by my experiences as an international athlete, decades of training, ongoing research, mentorship, and practical insights gained from working with clients of all ages.

I’m here to help you define and improve yourself within your boundaries, identify blind spots, cultivate self-confidence, and master effective training through sustainable methods.

Whether working with individuals or teams, I take a straightforward (yet compassionate) no-BS approach. This ensures you get what you need in the most efficient time frame.

On a personal note, I won’t make assumptions about you or impose my subjective view of fitness. I’m committed to respecting your individuality, and our work together will be rooted in values like integrity, transparency, humility, self-accountability, and respect.
